No-Prob-Limo Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions apply to all available tours.

The person making this reservation is responsible for providing or showing a copy of these terms and conditions to all persons included in this reservation.

Reservation payments are nonrefundable but transferable to a different date if need be as long as transfer is done 8 days before original selected date.

Valid driver’s license or photo ID will be required for all passengers.

All passengers are required to be 21 years of age or older for all tours EXCEPT the Christmas Lights Tour.  

It is at the driver’s discretion to allow anyone access to the limousine. If the driver deems you unsafe, the driver has full authority to deny you a ride until you are deemed safe. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure safety during the service of their passengers.

Face masks are at your discretion. Due to COVID-19 please be aware that you are taking responsibility for you and your parties during this reservation and you are doing so at your own risk. By completing this transaction, you hereby agree that if you or someone in your party become ill with any contractual diseases including but not limited to COVID-19, you do not hold No-Prob-Limo, LLC or any of its affiliates or drivers responsible or liable.

No-Prob-Limo is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, if you feel that you have lost an item in one of our vehicles, please email us at reservations@no-prob-limo.com.

Please be advised that No-Prob-Limo has a ZERO tolerance policy for underage drinking or any kind of illegal drug or substance abuse in the limousine or any vehicle used by No-Prob-Limo, LLC.

Any damage or vandalism done to the limousine will be reported to the authorities and the person responsible will be held accountable for the cost of repair and downtime while limousine is undergoing repairs.

You or anyone in your party will not be permitted to enter the limousine if you seem to be intoxicated to the point of vomiting. From that point and time, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Any passenger found to be belligerent, rude, or obnoxious and is found disturbing other passengers will be required to exit the limousine immediately and authorities will be called immediately if necessary. That passenger will not be allowed back in the limousine for the duration of the reservation; and depending upon level of disturbance, No-Prob-Limo reserves the right to deny service to said individual indefinitely.

Music volume is set to tolerance level upon request. Music is selected by driver and can be changed upon request per driver discretion.

A cleaning fee may be assessed up to $250 for spills or discharge of any bodily fluids.
